Returns & Refunds

Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving an order, subject to the requirements of our Return / Refund Policy.

Opened or used products may be eligible for return.

Eligible return shipping costs are covered by Hale. Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned product and are issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations
